so hi again, i’ve gone through christmas and new year practically not cooking or anything because all the food i was fed and what was left over of it. now i’m picking up the pace again - with simple things. like this bacon-cheese-sausage-macaroni casserole.
please excuse me for the yucky fingerprints on the plate.
pasta carbonara. didn’t use parmesan as cheese and added cream against all the rules. so it’s neither original nor healthy, but IT’S GOOOOD.
more breakfast photos! steamed eggs and bacon!
p.s. i never eat breakfast if i don’t have time to prepare something… proper, like this. and usually when i have the time, i sleep in. and eat breakfast at 1 pm. but hey..?
PIZZA. my half’s not in the focus, but there’s minced beef, bacon and blue cheese and her side was minced beef, feta, onion, tuna and bell pepper. garlic deserves an extra mention, since it was sprinkled generously.
BREAAAKFAAAST (at 17:00 but who cares) - mild hangover cured with bacon and eggs, toast with ham, cheese and salami, orange juice, coffee with cream, and chocolate chip cookies.
we watched howl’s moving castle yesterday, and the part where sophie and howl cook bacon and eggs - and they come out perfectly like all food miyazaki draws - made my mouth water.
sooo, this is nothing near to the bacon and eggs in the movie, and all this is just useless rambling, but the way to cook eggs like that (sunny side up, no salt or whatsoever) is awesome and i just found it out again. featuring herb butter filled baguettes and strong salami. and tomatoes, tomatoes everywhere.
good morning. np: Crush on you (Knife Party remix) - Nero
this is the most insane thing i’ve ever done. and i mean it. this was a ..thing i couldn’t finish. too. much. everything. the first half was heaven, though. and yes, you guessed it: massive hangover.
ok, now, i might have the fillings written up somewhere.. but too lazy. i remember there being minced beef, bacon, kebab slices, pork, salami, feta cheese, normal cheese (don’t remember), beans, slices of pizza.. i might’ve forgotten something… but you get the idea.
we called this a “kulli”. yeah. put that on google translate.
